Glazing installer — Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing installer in Columbia County, New York. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. You should have: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Your main tasks: • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film Rotating shifts.
