Great opportunity: fusing press operator (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Marinette County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
