Scaffold fitter — Gwagwalada

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. You will plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
