Dish pit attendant • Okehi, Kogi State

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Okehi, Kogi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
