Thermal insulation technician • Ashtabula County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Ashtabula County, Ohio. You will work at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam You will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application.
