We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Walworth County, South Dakota. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Rotating shifts.
