Now hiring: nursery worker (Wisconsin)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a nursery worker in Wood County, Wisconsin. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. On the job you will handle: • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
