GMAW welder — Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Lincoln County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
