Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Part-time with flexible hours.
