We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Haskell County, Texas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Your main tasks: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Rotating shifts.
