Urgent requirement: QC inspector (Kentucky)

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Boyd County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping The role involves segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
