Aluminium workshop fabricator — City of Baltimore

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in City of Baltimore, Maryland. Requirements: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Your main tasks: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing Full-time with occasional weekends.
