Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Boone County, West Virginia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
