Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Udenu, Enugu State. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar We offer ₦1,000 per hour plus benefits.
