Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Crawford County, Michigan. The job is at a road and highway construction project. You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Day to day you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
