Day to day you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
