Line cook — Carbon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Carbon County, Montana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
