Stamping press operator — Bear Lake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Bear Lake County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area 4+ years on the tools preferred. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
