Elevator repair technician — Honolulu County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Honolulu County, Hawaii. The role involves service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; run load and overload tests with test weights; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
