Back-of-house cleaner • King George County, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in King George County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
