Vacancy available: powder coating line operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in West Sussex, England. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around £2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
