Vacancy available: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Scott County, Indiana. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Your main tasks: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
