Now hiring: building site helper (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a building site helper in Pike County, Kentucky. You will be based on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns. You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Six days a week, one day off.
