Steel erection rigger • Ekiti South-West, Ekiti State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Ekiti South-West, Ekiti State. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles On a typical shift you will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
