Field delivery driver • Lewis County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a field delivery driver in Lewis County, New York. The job is with a transport contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Top up engine oil, coolant and washer fluid as needed • Handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents • Keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet • Report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor Ideal candidate: • Valid police verification / background check • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
