Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Southampton County, Virginia. You will work on a construction site. On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Willing to travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
