You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
