The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
