Lathe operator wanted in Giles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe operator in Giles County, Tennessee. You will be based in a textile mill. Day-to-day duties: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
