Vacancy available: we are hiring a chiller technician in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold The role involves service split AC units and VRF systems; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
