Urgent requirement: baker (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Wilkes County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
