The role involves carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; insulate and ventilate the roof void; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Part-time with flexible hours.
