Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE officer in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. The role involves carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Rotating shifts.
