Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
