Chef de partie — Ilorin East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ilorin East, Kwara State. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
