Window glazier wanted in Darlington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a window glazier in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings The role involves install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square.
