Back-of-house cleaner — Bakori

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bakori, Katsina State. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
