Powder coating sprayer wanted in Wood County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Wood County, Texas. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts.
