Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Montgomery County, Illinois. You will be based at an accident repair centre. You will strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
