Crane rigger wanted in Adair County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane rigger in Adair County, Oklahoma. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket The role involves check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; read lift plans and method statements before starting; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
