Immediate opening: powder coating sprayer (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kit Carson County, Colorado. You will work on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
