Dishwashing attendant — Frederick County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
