Now hiring: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Franklin County, Tennessee. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
