Great opportunity: aluminium TIG welder (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Cheboygan County, Michigan. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
