Immediate opening: tiling assistant (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Pickens County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes On the job you will handle: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles 2+ years on the tools preferred.
