Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel technician in Brunswick County, Virginia. The job is at a busy body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Full-time with occasional weekends.
