Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
