Powder coating technician wanted in Northampton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Northampton County, North Carolina. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
