You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates.
