You will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans 5+ years on the tools preferred.
